Q: How do I place an order?
It's SUPER easy!!!!  Just head to any of our collection pages & you will find the ONLINE STORE icons with all information & images showcasing

your favourite 'maneater swimwear' bikini styes.  If you have any queries in regards to a style you are interested in, please feel free to email us:  info@missmaneater.com

We will reply with as much information as possible in regards to your enquiry.

 

***IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE***

Miss Maneater ONLINE BOUTIQUE is in USD$, once you process your order via PayPal, it will automatically covert to your currency.


But as we are a GLOBAL retailer, USD$ is the most widely accepted currency, all Miss Maneater product is listed as such.

 

We are happy for you to contact us directly for us to direct PayPal process your order in your currency of choice.

To ORDER via email, please send your 
style/colour of choice, sizing details, linked PayPal email address, we will reply with FUNDS REQUEST via PayPal & once processed send you invoice with all details of your order.


​Q: I dont like the style I purchased!

We are more than happy to exchange your purchase for another, & we endeavour to ensure that all 'maneater swimwear' customers absolutely LOVE being a 'maneater'!


Please return goods UNWORN with swingtickets and hygiene stickers attached.   Unfortunately it is against the law for us to accept back any 'dirty' swimwear.​

For Australian orders, we would appreciate returns within 14 days (returns will not be accepted after 30 days from arrival date).​
For International orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days from arrival).​​

The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns.  We will post your exchanged order back to you free of charge.
Please note that your original postage cost will not be refunded.​​​

Q: Have you received my return?
​As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from us, to let you know.

We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible however please allow 3 - 5 working days for your return to be processed.

If you have posted your return to us but haven't heard back, please contact us:  info@missmaneater.com and we can look into it for you.

Q: I want to exchange for an item/s of  lesser value?
Any exchanges for a lesser value will not be refunded, unless the difference between your original purchase and exchanged item is greater than $20.   ​
We are unable to refund to any other credit card, other than that used for the transaction.  Therefore only PayPal accounts can be refunded.

Please note that your original postage cost will not be refunded.   Once your exchange has been processed you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your refunded amount and that your exchange it’s on its way!

​Q: I want to exchange for an item/s of   higher value?
No problem!!!!  To exchange your order, simply email us:  sales@missmaneater.com

Our customer service rep will reply with all the details you will require for returns, such as paperwork and return address to send garment to.
We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible however please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed.

Remember to include your linked PayPal account details for the additional amount to be charged.  Once payment is processed and approved you will receive a confirmation email letting you know the additional charge amount and that your order is on its way!

Please note that your original postage cost will not be refunded.


Q: Will I have to pay postage for my exchange?
‘maneater swimwear’ is happy to pay for postage when we send you out your exchanged order; however it is your responsibility to pay for postage when sending your return back to us.

​Q: Have you received my return?​​

Q: Faulty garment...couldn't possibly be ;)​​
‘maneater swimwear’ has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to offering a refund or exchange.

Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use.

If your garment has not been worn, please contact us & we would be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.  If you have ordered an item and believe it to be faulty, please contact us:   info@missmaneater.com   & we will provide a claims form for you to fill out.

Please ensure you follow the garments care instructions!  This is the key to long lasting swimwear pieces!  If you don't then you will pay the price! ;)​
